College organizes regular orientation programs, training program and job fair for the students. Numbers of students get benefitted out of this. 

Students have constantly been encouraged throughout the curriculum to go for higher studies. Every year the college organizes events and talks where students are counseled and guided for their higher education. The unique Program where a mentor i.e Faculty member is given 50 students helps in interacting with the students. This is a platform where students can seek information for their career choices. A soft skills workshop too is an initiative in this very direction. During 2020-2021, one week soft skill program was organized in January. Value added program is another adage that help students to overcome the lacunas and assisted them in different area of social behavior. Our college can boast in this regard that most of our students opt for higher education.
