Placement Cell of Govt. College for Girls, sector-14, Gurugramin collaboration with “Medha” organized an Extension Lecture cum Workshop Entitled “From Basics to Brilliance: MS Office workshop” on 25th September 2025 for the students under the supervision of Principal Sir Dr. Jitendra Malik. The session was conducted by Dr. Meenu Bali (Professional computer instructor, Aim world of Edutech).
During the workshop, Dr. Meenu Bali provided detailed insights into the essential tools of MS Officeincluding MS Word, MS Excel and AI-based tools. The information shared significantly enhance the efficiency and quality of documentation. She also discussed the aim word of auditor, emphasizing accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation in reports and documents.The session also introduced participants to the use of AI tools, showcasing how artificial intelligence can be integrated with MS Office to make work smarter, faster, and more effective. Overall, the Workshop-cum-Extension Lecture proved to be an enriching experience, equipping students with valuable knowledge of MS Office, productivity techniques, and AI applications, thereby fulfilling the true spirit of the theme “From Basic to Brilliance”. Around 200 students benefitted from this session. Dr. Prachi Gupta (TPO), Dr. Yogita Bajaj, Mrs. Nisha and Mrs. Sangeetawere present. SLPC student members worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth execution of the workshop.
