"The Smart Fellowship" program organized by Entrepreneurship Cell of GCG, Sector - 14, Gurugram
Entrepreneurship Cell of GCG, Sector - 14, Gurugram organised a talk: "Breaking the Glass Ceiling "on 6 February 2024, under the guidance of principal Dr Jitender Malik. Ms. Alka was the speaker for this session. She is an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional in business management and education methodology. She has cultivated a career as a trainer, educator and intervention specialist, guiding individuals to excel in today's fast pace and competitive landscape. The talk focused on that being women is a strength not a limitation. She discussed how each and every woman can be the best version of themselves and be successful at work. The talk focused on the ways to overcome gender biases. The highlight of the talk was strategies to challenge stereotypes and biases that hinder women's progress in leadership roles. It was an amazing session that resonated with participants. Dr Anita Rathi (Convener) Dr Seema Yadav, Prachi Kaushik, Ambika Sangwan, Tanuja, Dr Shashi members of Entrepreneurship Cell were present during the session.
