"The Smart Fellowship" program organized by Entrepreneurship Cell of GCG, Sector - 14, Gurugram
Entrepreneurship Cell of GCG, Sector-14, Gurugram organized a talk on the topic Women: The Future of Leadership" on 1 February, 2024 under the guidance of principal Dr. Jitender Malik. Ms. Alka was the speaker for today's session. She is an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional in business management and education methodology. She has cultivated a career as a trainer, educator and intervention specialist, guiding individuals to excel in today's fast pace and competitive landscape. Her talk focused on the challenges women face, their achievements, the impact of their leadership on society. By breaking gender barriers, women can contribute significantly in shaping a more equitable and inclusive future. It was an engaging and interactive talk that resonated with participants.
