DISTRICT LEVEL YOUTH RED CROSS CAMP ,Nov. 2022

Five-Day District Level Youth Red Cross Camp was inaugurated in our college on 14th Nov 2022 by Chief Guest Mrs. Sushma Sharma, Treasurer, Red Cross Gurugram and Guest of Honour Dr. Ramesh Kumar Garg, Principal Govt College for girls Sec-14, Gurugram. Mrs. Sushma motivated students to give their contribution in service of our nation. Mrs. Indu Rathee, Red Cross Convenor, from host college motivated and expressed gratitude towards participants from various colleges of Gurugram for joining the camp. Mrs. Kalyani from 'Udaan NGO' an Active RED CROSS member shared the working experience as NGO worker. On 15th Nov 2022, DAY 2, Self-defense session was taken by Mrs. Vijay Laxmi and Dr. Shikha Garg gave insights about the spread and preventive measures for AIDS disease and how we should behave with HIV positive patients. Dr. Lalit Gola explained the students about Electropathy, how it helps to treat us fast with minimum side effects. After lunch, Dr. Ritu Malik gave an interesting session about the importance of 'BLOOD DONATION' and motivated the
students to donate blood.
On 16th Nov.2022, DAY 3, Dr. Snehlata told the importance of volunteers in country, responsibility of volunteers and benefits of becoming a volunteer. Dr. Ramesh Kumar told the importance of games and many qualities built by games in an individual. Dr. Shalini encouraged the students to remain positive in every situation. After lunch a Speech competition was conducted on theme "Importance of Education and Environment." Ms. Anjali from Govt College for Girls obtained 1st Position and Ms. Bharti from DPG college got 2nd position. Mr. Rohit Madan, Legal Advisor, gave a very interesting lecture on importance of our human rights and how to become a responsible citizen.
